Do This When Your House Value Goes Up!

One of the great things about homeownership over the past decade is…  the value of your home has gone up! Since the economic crash in 2008, property values have dramatically increased! 

If you’ve owned a home in the last 5-10 years, it’s worth far more than it was before! Exciting isn’t it! 

Problem: 

However, most people have NOT adjusted their homeowner’s insurance coverage levels to reflect the change in value. (especially if you’ve been with the same carrier for years and years)

If your home used to be worth $300,000...but now it’s worth $400,000… your insurance coverage should increase as well. 

You don’t want them to rebuild ¾ of your house and say “sorry, that’s all you were insured for!”


Solution: 

Ask me to review your insurance. 

Let’s make sure that you’re properly insured. 

I’ll look at what it would currently cost to rebuild your home, in case of a disaster, and make sure that you’re fully covered.
