3 Ways to Avoid Frustrating Customer Service Call Centers
I hate call centers. Honestly, they are so frustrating! Sadly, in my line of work, I have to spend a lot of time on the phone with call centers… But you don’t have to!
Answer:
1. Start with all the information.
Don’t try to rush through the process. Ask your insurance broker lots of questions. Give thorough information. Check all the boxes and get all the documents you need at first...so you don’t have to call later.
2. Set up your online account.
Every insurance carrier today will have a “members website” where you can log in and manage your insurance and questions and answers. Do it! Do it on day one and then you’ll have more confidence for your future!
3. Ask Me to Troubleshoot for you
I don’t mind being your first call! I might have the answer quickly for you. Plus you won’t have to wade through an automatic answering service that makes you wait - forever!
Bottom Line… As your insurance broker, I want to do as much as I can, to make the process simple!
